A delightful primrose yellow species tulip that blooms in early spring, is just what you need as a pick-me-up for walkways, rock gardens and container gardens. The blooms are about 3 inches across and sit on short stems. They like well-drained soil and full sun or part shade. Arrange toward the front of the garden in groups or circles of 10 to15 bulbs where their dainty charm will shine and give you a gentle fragrance to enjoy. They will naturalize here in zone 8 over time.
