Crinum X Powellii Despite its common name, the Swamp Lily exudes a wonderful fragrance. Its clustered pink to pale-lavender trumpet-shaped flowers arise on thick stems from a clump of strappy leaves to a height of 3 ft.  Its preference is for rich, moist soil but will tolerate almost any. Plant the bulbs 2 to 4 ft. apart with tops of necks even with the soil surface in full sun to part shade. Bulbs will eventually grow quite large.
