Colocasia esculenta ‘Mojito’ Enjoy a Mojito in your garden! This elephant ear can grow to 5-feet high and is an excellent choice for back borders. It bears upright variegated green leaves with black to very dark purple irregular markings. Its petioles are light green with dark purple streaks that fade to pink. It tolerates moist, shady places but can be grown in full sun. In zone 8 it can be left in the ground all year long. Colocasia is resistant to deer and rabbits.
