Anemone, ‘Blue Poppy’ produces a single violet blue blossom with a black center making it a show stopper in pots or in the ground. They are relatives of the ranunculus family originally from the Mediterranean.  Each bulb produces 3 to 5 flowers that measure 2-inches across. They grow to 8 to12 inches tall, like sun to part shade and bloom April through May.  They make beautiful cut flowers.
