This deer and rodent resistant plant is a cross between Amaryllis belladonna and Crinum moorei that does well in hot, humid summers. Soft pink flowers bloom in clusters of 12 to 16 atop 2 to 2½ ft. stems blooming in late summer to early fall. They produce more flowers than either parent, are easy to grow, drought tolerant and often scented like Crinums producing long lasting blemish-free foliage like Amaryllis. They will perform best in full sun, with plenty of compost, and in well-drained soil.
